HOW LONG OF A LEASE DO I NEED TO SIGN?
This is completely up to you! We can accommodate any length of tenancy whether that be for years to hours or anything in between!
DO I NEED TO BE A LONG TERM TENANT TO HAVE ACCESS TO THE AMENITIES?
You do not! As long as a lease is signed whether that be for a day or a year you will have full access to all of our amenities with the exception of the Free use of the conference room for lessors less than a week and free advertising on our website for lessors less than a month.
HOW MUCH NOTICE DO I NEED TO GIVE YOU BEFORE I CAN MOVE IN?
All I need is as little as an hour for the offices or desk rental space to insure it is sanitized and the contract is prepared. For the conference I would need 30 minutes to insure the room has been sanitized. With exception if you are going to have us furnish the office it may take a few days for the furniture to arrive but you can use the space and amenities in the mean time.
IS MYOFFICE: WESTBOROUGH HANDICAP ACCESSIBLE?
Yes! MyOffice: Westborough is Handicap accessible! There are handicap parking spots right in the front of the building with an automatic door. As well as an elevator that lefts off right in front of MyOffices's front door.
